Wedding Terms and conditions

Confirmation

To confirm booking deposit needs to be paid and agreement form filled in and signed. How Caple Court and Gardens reserves the right to cancel a wedding if signed confirmation is not received.

Payment

A non refundable deposit which is part payment of the venue hire fee is due at the time of booking and remaining balance of the venue hire fee is due 6 weeks prior to the event. Drinks to be paid for 10 days before the wedding.

Cancellation

A 3-6 months in advance 60% of the venue hire fee
B 1-3 months in advance 70% of the venue hire fee
C less than 1 month 90% of the venue hire fee
D 7 days in advance 100% of the venue hire fee

Guest Numbers
Final Numbers for the venue, caterer and bar services are required to be confirmed 2 weeks in advance of the wedding/event taking place.
