I really couldn't recommend How Caple Court any more as being the best wedding venue in Herefordshire (obviously I'm slightly biased)! From initially viewing the venue, right through to our wedding day I could not fault Vanessa or Roger for all of their help. Vanessa was always available on the phone or via email to answer any query, no matter how small. The whole approach felt very organised but very much our choice and agenda, and it was made clear we could go out to the venue whenever we liked. We had the flexibility of bringing in our own caterers and drinks package, which meant we could have the day we really wanted. To have the venue 3 days before the wedding was amazing and meant we could set up over a few days with no stress or panic rushing around. The whole day was absolutely perfect. Vanessa and Roger were both there on the day, with Roger manning the bar until the early hours!! They are two of the most friendly and welcoming people you could ever meet and I honestly wouldn't have changed a thing about the venue/day. Having the right venue and people to deal with is so important and can change the whole experience. Thank you so much for helping us to have the most perfect day. Jess and James Kitchen.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Vanessa and Roger, we knew from the first meeting it was going to the best day we could of asked for! Vanessa made us feel very relaxed through out and nothing was too much trouble. Our day was perfect, the gardens and barn looked beautiful despite the torrential rain!! All of our guests commented on how fabulous it all was, just a shame it went so quickly! Thank you both for making our day so special.

You were so easy to work with because you are relaxed and supportive.

We can’t thank Vanessa and Roger enough for the work they put in making our big day as special as possible.  We had so many compliments from people telling us how amazing and beautiful how caple court is, we’re so grateful for them for sharing it with us for the day.  We had plenty of time to decorate and really put our stamp on the place, and being able to use the lovely church on site also made things so much easier and relaxing for our guests.

Roger was an absolute superstar on the day, he ensured everything run as smoothly as possible, and left us to really enjoy the occasion.

From the very start of planning our perfect day, Vanessa was there to help. Leading up to the big day there was so much flexibility and made the whole thing easy for us! The day was perfect! The room & Church were just incredible and I could not of wished for anything more! Beautiful venue, perfect day! Just wish I could do it all over again!
